Full-Time Retail & Showroom Floor Manager

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead daily operations and support our retail and showroom environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth store operations, strong team performance, and an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

The Floor Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, staff management, and showroom coordination while supporting administrative, HR, and operational processes. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, community-focused retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is organized, stocked, and customer-ready each day
• Manage staff scheduling, workflow, and daily operations
• Oversee facilities, supplies, and general store maintenance
• Support hiring, onboarding, and HR coordination
• Assist with customer experience and showroom engagement
• Coordinate basic IT support and internal communications
• Maintain operational documentation and assist with budgets

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail, office, or operations management experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• HR or recruiting coordination experience preferred
• Background in construction, design, or DIY industries is a plus

Schedule

Store Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sat: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sun: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
